 To activate this FLOAT PLAN, you must first submit a one time Boating Profile   

    AGREEMENT:  By submitting this FLOAT PLAN, you authorize Zarcor to add your Boating Profile and Float Plan to a national safe boater database, and to make it available to search & rescue agencies, and to the following designees, who have the authority to initiate emergency procedures at any time, especially if you have not returned within 24 hours of your return date.

    It is understood, Zarcor / FloatPlanPlus will not (directly) initiate emergency procedures.  Our responsibility is to assemble boaters information in a central location, and make the database available to search and rescue agencies on a 24 / 7 basis.  It is also our duty to notify your designees if you do not return as per this Float Plan, and to recommend emergency procedures.

    It is also understood, the submitted information is confidential and will be used for it's intended purpose only.
